If you want to introduce to all of us some important news, you can click on add content link at the bottom left of the page, then select type of content (the very first item in the next page), etc. If you want to assign links to the news - you can write the title in the first box, and then write the link in the second box below. In quite obvious manner you can add file from you PC. You can disregard the bottom of the page with a lot of small boxes - it is used if you want to publish your content on other sub-pages of the portal. Best
