	Luxembourg Pledges 1.2 Million Euros to Support Development Gateway's Online Initiatives for Developing Countries The Government of Luxembourg, a founding donor of the Development Gateway Foundation, has pledged to extend and increase its financial support for the organization with a total of 1.2 million euros over the next three years. The funds will advance the Development Gateway's non-profit mission of putting the Internet to work for the benefit of developing countries. "The Development Gateway is a valuable partner in using innovative technologies to increase development impact," said Jean Guill, Director of the Treasury at the Luxembourg Ministry of Finance. 	Finalists Named in Global Competition for Achievement Nominees Support Tsunami Recovery, Improve Farmers’ Livelihoods, and More Washington DC, June 20, 2005 – Six finalists have been chosen from a field of 135 nominations for the Development Gateway Award 2005.
